How to ask for help, exercise a withdrawal right or request a refund.
Payment support
For orders paid through Paddle, use the support link in your receipt or Paddle’s buyer support. Paddle handles the payment and refund transaction. Read its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Mandatory rights come first
Your statutory rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the purchase. Applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed software are not removed by this policy or by using the free trial. Where mandatory law gives you stronger protection, that protection applies.
Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a 14-day withdrawal right for a digital-content purchase. Any early loss of that right requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation. Downloading the free trial alone does not waive your rights for a later paid purchase. Applicable information is provided through Paddle’s purchase process.
Use the withdrawal option available for an eligible transaction in Paddle’s customer portal, the receipt support link, or contact Paddle with a clear withdrawal request. Do not wait for a technical support reply if a statutory deadline is approaching. The developer can help identify your order, but contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising your rights with Paddle.
If the product does not work as described
Email [email protected] with the purchase email, order reference, Mac model, macOS version and a brief description. Include screenshots or logs only after checking them for private information. Never send a password, full payment-card details, private activation link or licence key.
We will help investigate. If the issue remains unresolved, you may also request assistance or a refund from Paddle. Any remedies required by law remain available.
No additional voluntary guarantee
We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee beyond applicable mandatory rights and Paddle’s policy. NeuRig MIDI has a seven-day, card-free trial so you can evaluate your own setup before making a separate purchase. Trial expiry does not trigger a charge.
After a refund
A refunded licence no longer authorises use of the purchased software. Stop using that licence and deactivate its Macs. Your own exported presets remain yours. The same terms apply to the separate one-time purchase; there is no subscription to cancel.
